Can we meet before the wedding?
In most situations I would meet face to face so we can have a chat about your day, what you're looking for, and what you would like from me. However if you happen to be on the wrong side of the country or our schedules simply do not match up there is always Skype!
How soon will we receive our images?
I aim to have your edited high-resolution images to you within 28 days whenever possible, so short of an earthquake or tsunami you're looking at 4 weeks.
Will they be available to download?
In the interest of getting you your images as quickly as possible, I will send a download link for your files once they are ready. You will also receive a USB stick with the same images, but you wouldn't want to wait for the postman now would you?
Will you travel to our wedding in a land far, far away?
If your marriage is taking place hundreds of miles or several international borders away I am more than happy to travel, but there will be an added cost involved - generally just expenses to cover travel and board. Contact me with specific details for more information.
Are you insured against catastrophe?
I have full insurance to cover any issues relating to the photography of your wedding, if you have any specific worries please do contact me for more details.
Are there time limits on your day?
Absolutely not, if you want me there from 8am - 12pm so be it! The average photographic coverage starts with bridal prep and ends shortly after the dancing begins, because no one needs too many drunken dancing photos!
Are there any limits on how or where we use our images?
Nope - You're paying for them, you do whatever makes you happy! I will send high resolution copies of all the images for you to print, upload, share, and anything else you can think of. They are, after all, yours.
Do you do any preparation before our wedding?
I aim to prepare as much as possible, including visiting the venues and scouting out potential photo locations ahead of the day. There simply isn't time on the day to be looking for the best spots, and you want to get the most out of your location!
What happens if you are sick and unable to take the photos?
If I am too poorly to attend your wedding I have a large number of colleagues to fall back on who can take my place on the day and ensure you are not left photographerless!
